The Lemon service agreement is an agreement between you and Yichuang (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Company") on the use of Lemon cloud services (hereinafter referred to as "the service") and other related matters. Please read carefully and fully understand the terms of this Agreement, in particular the terms that exempt or limit our liability, the terms that limit your rights and interests, dispute resolution and applicable laws.If you do not agree to any of the contents of this Agreement, please do not register or use this service.
Article 1 Service Content
We will provide you with Internet-based information technology services such as storage, computing, and network transmission.
From time to time, we will push the latest developments to you through the station letter, email or SMS.
We will provide you with relevant technical support and customer service to help you make better use of this service.
We will provide you with a stable online service and guarantee a monthly service availability of no less than 99%.
Article 2 User Registration and Account Management
You need to register an account that meets our requirements before using the Service. You guarantee that the information provided at the time of registration and at any time is true, accurate, complete and updated in a timely manner.
You should keep your account name and password safe and responsible for all actions arising therefrom. If you find others using your account, please change the account password or contact us in time.
We have the right to review your account, and if we find that your account is abnormal or illegal, we have the right to suspend or terminate the service to you.
Article 3 Rules of Use
You shall not use this service to engage in any illegal activities or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, including but not limited to infringement of intellectual property rights, disclosure of other people's trade secrets, etc.
You may not register an account maliciously by any means, including but not limited to for profit, speculation, cash-out and other purposes.
You must not use this service to spread any illegal, harmful, malicious software and other information.
You shall comply with the relevant laws and regulations and the provisions of this Agreement, and take full responsibility for the information published in this service and the results of using this service.
We prohibit the use of our model services to generate content that could cause harm to individuals or society. Ensuring the security of the platform is the key to long-term stable operation. If any illegal content is generated and used by using the platform access model capability, the account number will be blocked immediately and the account balance will not be refunded. Violations include but are not limited:
Exploitation and abuse
Content that depicts, displays or promotes child sexual exploitation or abuse is prohibited, whether or not prohibited by law. This includes content that involves children or makes child pornography.
Content that describes or is used to nurture children is prohibited. Grooming is the act of an adult establishing a relationship with a child for the purpose of exploitation, especially sexual exploitation. This includes communicating with children for the purpose of sexual exploitation, trafficking or other forms of exploitation.
Private content without consent
The Services are prohibited from describing, providing or promoting content for intimate activities without consent.
Content that describes, features or promotes or is used to solicit commercial sexual activities and services is prohibited. This includes encouraging and coordinating genuine sexual activity.
Content that describes or is used for the purpose of trafficking in persons is prohibited. This includes recruiting, facilitating transportation, paying and facilitating the exploitation of persons, such as forced labor, domestic servitude, servitude, forced marriage and forced medical procedures.
Suicide and Self-harm Content that describes, glorifies, supports, promotes, glorifies, encourages, and/or directs individuals to self-harm or suicide is prohibited.
Violent content and behaviour
It is prohibited to describe, display or promote bloody violence or bloody content.
It is prohibited to portray the content of terrorist acts; To praise or support terrorist organizations, terrorist actors or violent terrorist ideologies; To encourage terrorist activities; To provide assistance to terrorist organizations or terrorist causes; Or to facilitate the recruitment of members of terrorist organizations.
Content that promotes or promotes violence against others through threats or incitement to violence is prohibited.
Hate speech and discrimination
Content that attacks, denigrates, intimidates, degrades, targets or excludes individuals or groups based on actual or perceived characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious belief, age, disability status, caste, or any other characteristic associated with systemic bias or marginalization is prohibited.
Threatening, intimidating, insulting, demeaning or degrading language or images, promoting physical harm or other abusive behavior (such as stalking) directed at individuals or groups are prohibited.
Content that is intentionally deceptive and may adversely affect the public interest is prohibited, including deceptive or untrue content related to health, safety, election integrity, or citizen participation.
Content that directly supports malicious active attacks or malware activities that cause technical harm, such as serving malicious executables, organizing denial-of-service attacks, or managing command and control servers.
Article 4 Fees and Payment
You agree to pay the fees associated with the Service at the rates we publish.
We may adjust fee rates based on operating costs and market conditions. The latest price is subject to the price at the moment of your payment.
Article 5 Service Exemption and Limitation of Liability
This service is provided at the level of available technology and conditions. We cannot guarantee that this service will be completely trouble-free or will meet all your needs.
We are not responsible for data loss or damage caused by your own misoperation.
Due to the characteristics of Generative AI, the control measures in different countries will also be different, please all users must abide by the relevant laws of the location. If you use it in any way that violates the Lemon Acceptable Use Policy, including but not limited to any use prohibited by law, regulation, government order or decree,Or any violation of the rights of others. We are not responsible for problems arising from customer use.
You acknowledge and agree that you shall bear full legal responsibility for all AI-generated content, and we reserves the right (but assumes no obligation) to review such content.

Article 6 Intellectual Property
We own all intellectual property rights to this service and related software, technology, documentation, etc., and you are not allowed to copy, distribute, rent, reverse engineer, etc. unless expressly permitted by us.
The intellectual property rights of all data and content (including but not limited to documents, pictures, etc.) generated during your use of this service belong to you. We will not use, copy or modify your data and content.
The intellectual property of the data and content of other users in the online service belongs to the original user, and you are not allowed to use, copy, modify, etc. without the permission of the original user.
Article 7 Other provisions
If some clauses in this Agreement are deemed invalid due to violation of laws and regulations, the validity of other clauses shall not be affected.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission（BAC） for arbitration, which shall be conducted in the Chinese language and governed by the laws of China (excluding its conflict of laws rules)."
The Company reserves the exclusive right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Services shall constitute acceptance of such modifications. Material changes will be notified via email."
